Job Summary

Senior ServiceNow Consultant - Business Case & Process Design - SYDNEY

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to support pre-implementation advisory activities including process analysis solution shaping stakeholder engagement and business case development.

This role is not a hands-on configuration or development position. However candidates must have prior hands-on exposure to ServiceNow to credibly assess feasibility complexity and trade-offs between out-of-the-box functionality and customisation.

This is a senior business-facing role focused on enabling informed investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow Advisory & Solution Design

  • Assess how ServiceNow can support complex business and operational processes
  • Advise on optimal use of ServiceNow capabilities including HRSD CSM Workflow and Intake/Case Management
  • Distinguish clearly between out-of-the-box features and custom development advising on implications and risk
  • Provide conceptual designs for workflows forms automation and integrations

Business Analysis & Process Design

  • Lead current-state and future-state process mapping
  • Facilitate requirements workshops with senior business and operational stakeholders
  • Conduct gap analysis and identify improvement opportunities
  • Translate business pain points into ServiceNow-enabled solution options
  • Identify and quantify benefits such as efficiency gains compliance uplift risk reduction and experience improvement

Business Case & Roadmap Development

  • Develop solution options implementation approaches and high-level roadmaps
  • Identify delivery risks dependencies and mitigation strategies
  • Prepare investment-ready business cases with quantified benefits
  • Support executive decision-making with clear evidence-based recommendations

Stakeholder & Change Engagement

  • Engage and influence senior business operational and technology stakeholders
  • Communicate complex platform concepts in clear non-technical language
  • Support change readiness through pragmatic solution framing
