Essential Job Functions
- Execution of the applicable KPIs per company standard to include The Morning Routine and operational aspects of The Directors Playbook. Please refer to the Crane Worldwide Logistics Operational KPI Standards addendum.
- Coordinates daily and weekly activities planning workloads and staffing accordingly
- Accountable for production supervision and discipline of employees and conflict resolution
- Monitor and evaluate employees based on goals and standards
- Enforce policy and procedure compliance
- Coordinate with other departments within the company
- Respond to & solve production problems
- Train employees on job specific duties and develops employees through coaching
- Make suggestions and show initiative for process improvements
- Effectively communicate with clients vendors and employees
- Assist Operations Manager with planning and budget process
- Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirments
- Talking hearing and using hands to operate a computer keyboard mouse and other computer components
- Sitting for extended periods of time
- Walking within the warehouse and inspecting freight
- Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
Other Skills and Abilities
- Problem solving- identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
- Client Service- manages difficult client situations responds promptly to client needs and welcome client feedback
- Quality management-look for ways to improve and promote quality and demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED Required
- Four years industry experience required
- Two years supervisory required
