Job Summary
AWS is set to introduce the inaugural European Sovereign Cloud (ESC). To spearhead this initiative we are actively seeking an experienced technical Product Manager with a strong background in automation and operations. As part of the AWS Managed Operations team you will play a pivotal role in leading product management for the EUSC and building products that deliver operations efficiency. As a Senior Product Manager - Technical you will be responsible for defining and delivering solutions that drive efficiency within AWS regions. This includes being a leader in the European Sovereign Cloud region product management function as well as building products that deliver operational efficiencies. Youll use your knowledge and deep product management expertise to identify opportunities and set the roadmap for what we build. Youll leverage tooling including AI/ML technologies and traditional automation tooling to deliver on those efficiencies.
Youll collaborate with engineering teams business stakeholders and AWS operations teams to identify pain points and deliver solutions that have meaningful impact for your customers. Youll support European Sovereign Cloud product needs assessing customer demand prioritizing asks and working with service teams and operations partners on delivery roadmap commitments.

- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- This role requires you to be a national of an EU member state
- Experience in using analytical tools such as Tableau Qlikview QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
