Join our Developer Advocacy team as our newest Community Program Manager. In this role youll champion the continuous improvement of our developer communitys experiences across forums and online content and deliver impactful programs that drive engagement trust and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion continuous improvement of developer-facing resources ensuring forums and content are aligned with other developer resources for a cohesive unified customer experience.
- Lead the design and delivery of thought-leadership and technical deep-dive webinars and knowledge-sharing sessions to promote customer success for technical audiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to measure and analyze developer community engagement program effectiveness and event impact; use data and KPI metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage and evolve global community programs and recognition initiatives including creative campaigns to celebrate and engage practitioners.
- Proactively support and enable local external champions and peer-to-peer engagement through Developer Relations content and cross-functional partnerships.
- Partner with Developer Marketing to promote DevRel events webinars and community programs across channels.
- Partner with Customer Success Product Marketing and Sales Enablement to integrate community and developer resources into broader enablement and support workflows.
- Identify and address key customer segments with targeted programs that deepen engagement and reduce churn risk.
- Administer and moderate the community platform ensuring timely responses effective content management and a welcoming environment for all members.
- Deliver regular reporting and actionable insights on community health trends and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional partners to co-own the developer community strategy and roadmap supporting events meetups and practitioner programs as needed.
Basic Qualifications
- 3 years of experience managing digital communities ideally with a technical or developer audience.
- Strong background in designing and delivering community or developer advocacy activities.
- Experience with analytics reporting and program measurement.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage technical audiences and customers at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative global SaaS environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing or engaging communities with a technical/developer audience.
- Familiarity with community platforms webinar tooling and content management best practices.
