Hiire is supporting a leading Portuguese technology company operating in a highly specialized and regulated sector recruiting a Project Manager to join its team.

What Youll Do
Act as the main point of contact with the client throughout the project lifecycle;
Analyse project scope timelines and costs in detail;
Develop and implement the project management plan;
Identify assess and manage risks maintaining a risk mitigation plan;
Coordinate internal and external resources including subcontractors;
Monitor and control project costs ensuring adherence to budget;
Plan and oversee internal orders and purchase requests;
Record lessons learned throughout the project lifecycle;
Ensure deadlines are met implementing corrective actions when necessary;
Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction;
Implement quality management practices to ensure high-standard delivery.
What Youll Bring
University degree (or equivalent) in Engineering Management or a related field;
Proven experience in identifying assessing and mitigating risks in complex projects;
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills;
Ability to plan execute and deliver projects within defined deadlines and budgets;
Practical experience with Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum Kanban);
Fluency in English (written and spoken) for effective communication with international teams.
