Oral Health Victoria (formerly Dental Health Services Victoria) is the leading public oral health agency in Victoria. Were looking for a Dental Assistant Floor Coordinator to oversee operations across our Primary Care Dental this role youll coordinate patient flow manage resources and ensure safe efficient and high-quality care.
Youll be the go-to person for daily chair management staffing allocations and real-time problem-solving. Working closely with the Primary Care leadership team youll help optimise throughput patient safety and team performance.
Most importantly youll be part of a supportive friendly and welcoming team that values collaboration respect and shared success. We pride ourselves on creating an environment where everyone feels appreciated and empowered to thrive.
