As Head of Country Operations (USA) you will:
- Drive operational excellence and efficiency in all campaigns within the USA.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine market strategy translating it into actionable plans and metrics.
- Optimize processes from lead generation to deal closure implementing tools and technologies to support efficiency.
- Define and monitor KPIs provide regular reporting and address underperformance through coaching and process improvements.
- Enable teams with resources training and up-to-date sales collateral.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with marketing finance and customer success.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities generating insights for informed decision-making.
- Lead mentor and develop a high-performing operations team building a culture of continuous learning and accountability.
If you have the following:
- Bachelors degree in business administration sales marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales/customer service operations or management with a track record of driving performance and efficiency.
- Strong understanding of sales/customer service processes and best practices.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) automation tools and analytics.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving leadership and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking business acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
