Job Summary
We are looking for a Security and Compliance Specialist for a leading company in the energy technology sector.
This is a consulting assignment.
The role is based in Ludvika or Västerås with the possibility of remote work several days per week.
The position is full-time.
The assignment involves close collaboration with the client requiring a high degree of flexibility and teamwork.
Assignment
We are looking for a SEIS Security and Compliance Specialist - Manager (Level 4) to work in Ludvika or Västerås. The role involves applying strong IS security knowledge and expertise across all IS process domains especially within BUILD and RUN to support global business needs and tackle complex challenges. The position requires independent work guiding others and implementing IS security technology within solutions and services.
Responsibilities
Manage projects andprocesses independently with limited supervision.
Coach and review thework of lower-level professionals.
Identify proposeadvise and implement existing IS security technology in the context of ISsolutions/services.
Share knowledge andif senior guide others on implementation and operation using understanding ofexisting security technology and business requirements.
Identify exploreand implement technology/product development and growth strategies to enhanceand secure global positioning.
Ensure projectexecution foster innovation and develop and secure R&D capabilities inthe business for profitability.
Devise researchmethods focusing on future technical direction and future scenarios in thetransforming technology landscape.
Prepare technicalspecifications and specify laboratory test equipment and processes.
Make recommendationsconcerning acquisition and use of new technological equipment and materialswithin budgets and targets.
Participate inintellectual property evaluations and development of patent applications.
Coordinatepilot-plant or initial production runs on new products or processes.
Work in developmentprojects for control of HVDC stations network and cloud.
Write documents andengage with stakeholders proactively in cyber security.
Apply safe-codingpractices and life cycle management.
Requirements (Mandatory)
5-8 years of work experience within the relevant field including leadership/management and a bachelor or masters degree.
Another IT degree with more than 15 years of work experience within relevant field.
Working command of the English language.
Previous cyber securty work mandatory.
Preferred / Advantageous
Certifications are advantageous: CISSP or similar
Ability to speak and understand Swedish
