Role :Sr Executive
Key Responsibilities:
HR Business Partnering (50%)
Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders supporting workforce planning organizational design and change management.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and support leadership in interpreting and acting on engagement data.
Partner with managers to address performance development and employee relations matters.
Facilitate talent reviews succession planning and career development conversations.
Ensure compliance with HR policies labor laws and ethical standards.
Talent Management (50%)
Lead the execution of talent programs including leadership development high-potential identification and career pathing.
Collaborate with L&D to deploy targeted development interventions (e.g. DDIcoaching mentoring).
Analyze talent metrics and provide insights to improve retention diversity and internal mobility.
Support the implementation of performance management cycles and capability building frameworks.
Champion a culture of continuous learning and growth.
