Job Summary
8-10 years of experience in Compliance Risk Management Technology or a related field.
Familiarity with AI tools (generative and agentic AI) and experience integrating these into
business processes.
Ability to bridge functional and technical teams to execute complex cross-disciplinary initiatives.
Excellent communication and documentation skills; able to translate regulatory requirements
into technical features and vice versa.
Experience with AI model evaluation prompt engineering or workflow automation tools.
Exposure to Agile/iterative development practices and collaborative tooling (e.g. JIRA
Confluence GitHub).
