One of the China based MNC into manufacturing and trading of Stationery Toys Sports and Homeware offering customized solutions to fulfil diverse customer requirements.
Leading the product categories of Homeware School Stationery and Toys & Sports in India through their different brands and global distribution brands.
Job Requirement:
- Manage end-to-end sales operations for the North Region ensuring strong market coverage and growth.
- Drive Primary & Secondary sales growth with focused distribution expansion and channel development.
- Set and monitor monthly targets for the zonal sales team; conduct periodic performance reviews and provide guidance for improvement.
- Ensure effective collection management timely order processing and swift resolution of payment-related issues.
- Conduct regular market visits to evaluate sales execution brand visibility and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure stock availability and smooth product supplies across markets.
- Analyse sales data to assess performance identify gaps and propose corrective actions.
- Lead in-store visibility and brand activation initiatives to enhance consumer reach.
- Conduct business reviews with distributors and key accounts providing growth-driven strategies for the zone.
Qualifications:
Graduation/Master in Business & Marketing
