About the Position:

They are looking to hire experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join their team in a fast-paced and quality-oriented environment. Candidates should be familiar with standard HVAC installation procedures troubleshooting maintenance and customer service.

Responsibilities:

Repair heating ventilation and air conditioning systems in residential homes.
Complete service calls
Strong mechanical knowledge
Ability to perform repairs on equipment as required
Hold valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Tune and clean services – both regular and preventative maintenance
Extra service calls
On call for emergency service calls on nights and weekends on a rotating schedule Monday through Sunday providing 24-hour coverage.
Bill customers for services provided
Communicate with customers to take care of needs/troubleshoot
Keep assigned service vehicle clean and stocked with provided parts and tools
Document findings and/or unsafe conditions observed
Be aware of local building codes and ordinances.
Complete assigned projects on time.

Job Details:

$20-$35 per hour depending on experience
Health insurance/Retirement Stipends available
Tools provided
Paid vacation and holidays after probation period
Paid training and required certifications
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm
Service area: Mainly Waushara Marquette Green Lake Adams Portage and Waupaca counties in Wisconsin
