Job Summary

Mechanic Refrigeration / RSCS a comprehensive Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Construction and Service company with operations across 10 states and over 25 years in the business is currently seeking Low-Temperature Refrigeration Service Technicians. MRC / RSCS is dedicated to fostering a strong team environment and is looking for technicians who are collaborative take pleasure in working on diverse low-temperature refrigeration and HVAC-R systems and thrive within a supportive team ecosystem.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Minimum 35 years of experience as a Refrigeration Service Technician
Proficient in:
- Replacing mechanical seals on pumps and compressors
- Leak Detection
- Performing motor alignments
- Diagnosing and working with electrical systems and controls
- Troubleshooting and servicing multiple brands of equipment and control systems
- Understanding refrigeration systems (not residential or commercial-only experience)
Capable of:
- Working independently in client facilities
- Troubleshooting and repairing equipment when operators cannot
- Performing start-ups of ammonia refrigeration systems

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

Experienced in both commercial and industrial refrigeration
Self-motivated hands-on and a self-starter
Well-organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable with travel and participating in an on-call rotation
Must have a clean driving record
