Skills & Experience:
The Overlook Retrospective: Guiding teams through the haunted history of a sprint to uncover the real ghosts causing dysfunction and exorcise them for good
Maze Navigation: Expertly removing impediments and guiding the team through complex project labyrinths to deliver value
Redrum Cycle Prevention: Breaking the terrifying cycle of missed deadlines and low velocity by instilling a culture of continuous improvement and focus
Caretakers Sanity: Protecting the teams focus and psychological safety from the external pressures and cabin fever of long-term projects
Shining the Light on Progress: Creating transparent radiating information (big visible charts dashboards) so everyone can see the teams progress and the threats that lie ahead
Qualification:
Tertiary is preferred
