Allteachers are members of PLCs with the intention of growing professionallythrough teaming with colleagues and by participating in professionaldevelopment activities and/or plan for their lessons both collaboratively andindependently. Teachers will support PLCsthrough personal involvement through contributing to the professional growthof others through their support of their school and District culture.
