Were looking for Specialist - Market Research & Analysis; This position focuses on monitoring market activity across AMEAPAC priority markets identifying and tracking project regulatory and competitor developments. Through clear accurate and timely translation of market activity into structured market updates the position supports improving the volume and quality of leads identified to support customer prospecting.

What youll do:
Monitor assigned markets for project developments including EPC awards FID approvals project starts expansions and relevant regulatory or policy changes.
Track competitor activity and notable market movements capturing updates in defined trackers and repositories.
Summarise market developments into clear factual written updates distinguishing new information from previously reported items.
Identify early indicators of potential project activity or market movement that may warrant further review or follow-up.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date market monitoring records to ensure consistent visibility across assigned markets.
Use digital research tools AI-enabled monitoring platforms and reputable public sources to efficiently scan market news official announcements and industry updates.
Work within agreed coverage scope formats and guidance to ensure consistency and quality of outputs.
Support periodic market updates by consolidating recent developments under direction.
Youll have the following skills and experience:
Bachelors degree in business Economics International Relations Engineering or a related discipline.
25 years experience in market research competitive intelligence industry research or a related analytical role.
Strong research and analytical capability with the ability to identify relevant information and summarize it clearly.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information concisely and accurately.
Comfortable working with digital research tools AI-enabled platforms and structured data sources.
Desirable Experience
Exposure to sectors such as mining oil & gas utilities infrastructure or data centres.
Experience working in an international organization and/or multicultural team environment.
Familiarity with market intelligence platforms databases or digital research tools.
Additional language capability (e.g. Mandarin Japanese or Korean) is an advantage particularly for working with Asia-Pacific markets and local-language sources.
