Requirements

HND / Bachelors degree in Estate Management Surveying or a related field.
Membership in relevant professional bodies (e.g. NIESV ESVARBON).
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in estate surveying and valuation.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical communication and negotiation skills.
