Job Summary
Title: MEP Plumbing Specialist (Residential Projects)
Location: Mohali Punjab
CTC: As per industry standard
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced MEP (Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing) Plumbing Specialist to oversee plumbing installation maintenance and quality assurance for residential construction projects in Mohali. This role requires expertise in modern plumbing systems MEP coordination and compliance with building codes and standards.
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute plumbing installation for residential projects.
Coordinate with MEP consultants contractors and site engineers.
Ensure compliance with plumbing codes standards and specifications.
Supervise plumbing teams and subcontractors.
Conduct quality inspections and pressure testing.
Prepare material estimates and procurement plans.
Resolve technical issues and provide plumbing solutions.
Maintain documentation and progress reports.
Ensure timely completion of plumbing works as per project schedule.
Must-Haves:
Diploma/ in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or relevant certification.
6-7 years of experience in plumbing works for residential/commercial projects.
Strong knowledge of MEP Plumbing systems and modern plumbing technologies.
Experience with MEP coordination and building services.
Proficiency in reading plumbing drawings and specifications.
Knowledge of IS codes and plumbing standards.
Strong problem-solving and team management skills.
Experience in multi-story residential construction preferred.

Required Skills:
