Mail:-Travel Executive plans and books trips creating custom itineraries booking flights/hotels and managing logistics for clients (corporate or leisure) while ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets. Key duties involve client consultation vendor coordination handling issues maintaining records and staying updated on travel trends requiring strong organization sales and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Client Services: Consult with clients to understand needs create tailored itineraries and provide essential travel info (weather customs guides).
Booking & Logistics: Book flights accommodations rentals and other services; manage end-to-end trip arrangements.
Sales & Promotion: Sell packages meet targets and promote special offers.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with airlines hotels and other suppliers for best rates/services.
Issue Resolution: Address client problems during travel and handle complaints.
Administration: Maintain accurate client records bookings and financial documents.
Industry Knowledge: Stay current on travel trends regulations and new destinations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Tourism Hospitality or related field is often preferred.
Experience: Prior experience as a travel agent or in a similar role is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with GDS (Sabre Amadeus) and reservation systems.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication negotiation organization time management and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge: Understanding of domestic/international destinations booking and ticketing processes.
