Summary
This role is pivotal in driving business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities within assigned SME accounts. Responsibilities
- Identify pursue and close new business opportunities within assigned SME accounts.
- Create and implement Account Development Plans (ADPs) to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline using consultative and solution-driven sales approaches.
- Engage and nurture relationships with C-level executives through strategic outreach and industry events.
- Track performance against quarterly targets using key metrics and take proactive steps to meet or exceed goals.
- Ensure full compliance with telecom licensing sector regulations and competition laws.
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to deliver integrated high-quality solutions.
- Leverage systems like UNIK-CRM and knowledge management practices to strengthen account management effectiveness.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in enterprise sales account management or business development in Telecoms ISP or Technology sectors.
- Demonstrated success in identifying business opportunities and delivering customized solutions.
- Solid understanding of enterprise-grade telecom and technology solutions (e.g. connectivity mobile cloud).
- Experience managing public sector NGO or diplomatic accounts and navigating tender/bid processes is a plus.
- Proven consultative selling and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives.
- Strong negotiation and presentation capabilities.
- Self-driven with the ability to thrive independently and collaborate effectively in virtual teams.
