Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Deposit Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing deposit relationships with existing and new clients providing exceptional customer service and identifying opportunities to increase our deposit portfolio
Required Skills:
Deposit Relationship Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of deposit relationships with clients ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow deposit and increase market share.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on banking products and services including deposit accounts cash management and digital banking solutions.
Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements internal policies and procedures to minimize risk.
Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reporting and analysis on deposit growth customer acquisition and relationship management.
