About University Enterprises Corporation at CSUSB (This is not a state position) University Enterprises Corporation at CSUSB (UEC) supports the universitys educational mission by providing quality services that complement the instructional program. The University depends upon UEC to provide services that cannot be supported with state funds. Were responsible for business enterprises on campus including but not limited to dining bookstore convenience store and vending services. We also serve as the grantee for federal state and local funding for research and sponsored projects. |
Position Summary Temporary Staff Full Time Non-Exempt Benefited through 6/30/2026 (Appointment may be renewed annually based upon availability of funds availability of work and satisfactory job performance). Salary: $4800.00-$5600.00 per month. Location:Palm Desert Campus (PDC) and throughout the Inland Empire for outreach/events. |
Work Schedule 40 hours per week. Typically Monday-Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM. Some nights and weekend work may be required. |

Typical Activities Under minimal supervision of the CAMP Program Director theRecruitment Enrollment & Retention Coordinator will work independently to: |
Minimum Qualifications - Education:
- Bachelors degree in education Liberal Studies Social Work Business or related field.
- Experience:
- Other:
Valid California drivers license and proof of insurance. Bilingual English/Spanish with strong verbal presentation and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of office procedures; proficiency with Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint; comfort with databases and Canva or similar tools. Ability to write concise case notes reports and summaries; organize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills; foster a positive team environment; work effectively with diverse workstyles and communities. Familiarity with CSU/college admissions AG requirements transcript review/GPA calculation and financial aid/FAFSA/CADAA processes.

Preferred Qualifications - Experience with CAMP or similar programs and working with migrant youth.
- Experience delivering outreach/recruitment presentations and workshops.
- Experience assisting with CSU applications and financial aid processes.
- Personal experience overcoming barriers like those of participants.
