Boundary Bay Montessori School (BBMS) nestled in the pastoral landscape of Delta BC with stunning views of the Cascade Mountains is seeking an inspired Montessori educator to join our supportive collaborative and innovative teaching community .

Montessori Nido Co-Directress or Assistant
Start Date: May 1 2026 June 30 2027

What Were Looking For

ECE or ECEA Certification
Montessori Certification (Infant/Toddler and/or Casa)
Experience in a Montessori setting
Legally able to work in Canada
Current Criminal Record Check & First Aid Certification

Your Role

Create and guide a high-quality Montessori prepared environment for 1-3-year-olds
Foster a warm respectful and developmentally rich community indoors and outdoors
Communicate effectively with families and maintain required documentation
Meet Fraser Healths requirements for daycare settings
Collaborate as a co-guide or assistant in a professional supportive environment
Engage in ongoing professional development

What We Offer

Continuing contract after successful two-year cycle
Competitive wage starting at a base of $24/hr annually and increasing by education and experience (ECE holders will receive $6/hr wage enhancement in addition)
