About the role
This role sits within the Course Development and Quality team and is ideal for someone passionate about inclusive education and looking to expand their impact across the organisation. You will provide essential administrative technical and coordination support to ensure our education and training products meet accessibility standards and support diverse learners.
Working closely with course development teams faculty and stakeholdersyoullhelp embed inclusive design practices review course content andmaintainrecords that support quality assurance. Contribute to meaningful change and champion inclusive learning environments!
About You
You are detail-oriented proactive and passionate about creating inclusive learning experiences. Witha strong foundationin administration and coordination you thrive in supporting accessibility initiatives and ensuring compliance with established standards. You bring experience in managing records and information systems andyourecomfortable using technology to streamline processes andmaintainaccuracy.
Your ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively means you can work with diverse stakeholders from course development teams to faculty to embed inclusive design by continuous improvement able toidentifyissues and escalate appropriately and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes that make a real difference for learners.
