creation Payment activity and Closure letter as well.
Primary Responsibilities:
Review RMS (Risk Management System) Claims
We send an email to the branch to complete mandatory field in RMS.
We send an email to the customer/3rd party/claimant for invoices of damage belonging to them.
We process the payment to the customer/3rd party/claimant for damage belonging to
them.
After payment we close the file.
ResponsibilitiesFunctional Requirement:
- Minimum 2 years in US Casualty claims management. (Accidental Scenarios)
- Vehicle accident insurance (Own/Third Party liability)
- General liability claims (Injuring someone at the customer site or damaging customer property)
- Dispute management (Disputing the claims received)
- Strong command over communication (written and verbal) to work with multiple
- functions across business should have worked with international business/people
- Team Player & Commitment towards role and responsibility; detailed oriented;
- willing to work night shifts.
- Ability to multitask.
QualificationsTechnical Skills:
- Proficient in using PC applications: Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong word processing typing skills.
- Attention to detail and able to maintain data confidentiality.
- Knowledge in Origami is plus (It is the RM portal we use)
