Job Summary
Were looking for a Warehouse Projects Lead to take ownership of our specialised warehouse projects area coordinating picking packing and dispatch for major systems and platform deliveries. This is a hands-on role where youll guide a small team keep things running smoothly and ensure our customers receive accurate on-time in-full delivery.
What Youll Do
- Lead and coordinate project-related warehouse operations
- Support and train team members on the floor
- Oversee picking packing dispatch accuracy and documentation
- Work closely with Sales Support Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams
- Improve processes solve problems early and keep things organised
- Maintain exceptional customer service with reliable communication
- Support stock integrity dispatch quality and Health & Safety standards
Qualifications :
Were looking for someone with:
- Strong intellect - able to think ahead solve problems and learn quickly
- High energy and drive - thrives in a busy dynamic environment
- Exceptional organisational skills - keeps people tasks and paperwork on track
- A customer-focused mindset - sees the bigger picture and takes pride in delivering great service
- Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (project or dispatch experience ideal)
- Ability to lead train and motivate others
- Solid communication skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility initiative and a positive attitude
Forklift certification and a full NZ drivers licence are an advantage.
