Job Summary

Were seeking a driven and experienced Associate Engineer to join our Urban Development team in Brisbane. In this role youll lead and mentor a team of skilled engineers delivering high-quality outcomes across a diverse range of urban development projects. Youll also work closely with senior leadership to strengthen client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of our Brisbane operations.

Qualifications :

  • A bachelors degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering

  • 10 years experience in Urban Development

  • CPEng and RPEQ accreditation 

  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support stakeholder engagement and business development

  • Solid project management capabilities including budgeting scheduling and quality assurance

  • A strong technical background in urban development or related fields
