Water & Energy Director Role Overview
Join Egis Group a global leader in engineering and sustainable development as Water & Energy Director for the APAC region. This strategic leadership role focuses on driving growth innovation and operational excellence within the Water Environment & Energy Transition (WEET) Service Line.
Key Responsibilities:
Vision & Leadership
- Develop country-based business plans aligned with market trends and innovations.
- Collaborate with APAC peers to create synergies and strategic alignment.
Financial Performance
- Manage P&L revenue forecasting and profitability targets.
- Ensure effective delivery of operational and budgetary objectives.
Sustainable Development
- Champion sustainability and quality across all operations.
- Lead innovation initiatives to enhance environmental performance.
Operational Capability
- Oversee planning resource management and talent acquisition.
- Drive efficiency and cost-effective operations across the region.
Client & Commercial Strategy
- Identify and nurture business opportunities.
- Support tenders marketing campaigns and client engagement.
Team Leadership
- Build and mentor high-performing teams.
- Implement strategies for recruitment retention and workforce motivation.

Qualifications :
- Long standing expertise in urban water storm water.
- Expertise in the Energy field is a plus.
- Experience in strategic planning and execution of projects.
- Ability to win work and develop a small sized business to make it grow rapidly in Thailand.
- Commercial knowledge of Thailands public and private clients.
- Knowledge of contracting negotiating and change management.
- Skill in examining tenders market conditions and operational requirements.
- Experience in sales and marketing.
- Knowledge of finance accounting budgeting and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Ability to develop financial plans and manage resources.
- Ability to analyse and interpret financial data.
- Ability to prepare financial reports statements and projections. Knowledge of communications and public relation techniques.
- Ability to develop and deliver professional presentations.
- Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate and interact with officials at all levels of government and clients.
- Work effectively across a diverse multicultural multilingual community.
