Job Summary

Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive room package & ancillary revenue across all properties
  • Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies for leisure corporate & MICE segments
  • Manage key accounts travel agents OTAs & corporate customers
  • Build integrated packages (e.g. transit at KLIA / Kuala Besut island stays)
  • Plan and implement digital & offline campaigns with brand guidelines
  • Analyse market trends competitors & performance reports; propose action plans
  • Work closely with GMs Revenue Reservations Front Office & Marketing teams
  • Represent the cluster at trade shows sales calls roadshows & client events

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Business Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in hotel/resort/travel agency sales & marketing with at least 3 years at Manager level
  • Experience with international brands (Accor / Marriott or similar) is a strong advantage
  • Proven track record in achieving revenue targets and growing market share
  • Strong understanding of leisure corporate MICE and online distribution
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese an advantage)
  • Comfortable with frequent travel to Perhentian Islands & Kuala Besut
  • Proficient in MS Office CRM systems and hotel PMS / reservation systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills able to work with multi-property stakeholders
