DescriptionKey Responsibilities
- Drive room package & ancillary revenue across all properties
- Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies for leisure corporate & MICE segments
- Manage key accounts travel agents OTAs & corporate customers
- Build integrated packages (e.g. transit at KLIA / Kuala Besut island stays)
- Plan and implement digital & offline campaigns with brand guidelines
- Analyse market trends competitors & performance reports; propose action plans
- Work closely with GMs Revenue Reservations Front Office & Marketing teams
- Represent the cluster at trade shows sales calls roadshows & client events
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Business Marketing or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in hotel/resort/travel agency sales & marketing with at least 3 years at Manager level
- Experience with international brands (Accor / Marriott or similar) is a strong advantage
- Proven track record in achieving revenue targets and growing market share
- Strong understanding of leisure corporate MICE and online distribution
- Excellent communication & presentation skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese an advantage)
- Comfortable with frequent travel to Perhentian Islands & Kuala Besut
- Proficient in MS Office CRM systems and hotel PMS / reservation systems
- Strong interpersonal skills able to work with multi-property stakeholders
