We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Grand Mercure Mysore and ibis Styles Mysuru India. As a Sales Executive you will play a crucial role in driving our companys growth by developing and maintaining strong client relationships identifying new business opportunities and achieving sales targets.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to meet budget goals
- Establish and nurture new business relationships while maintaining existing accounts through well-executed action plans
- Conduct regular sales calls and meetings to promote our products/services and generate leads
- Convert sales leads into closed deals by following established parameters and utilizing persuasive selling techniques
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospects and existing clients
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends communicating tactical changes to management
- Participate in industry events trade shows and networking opportunities to build the companys profile in the marketplace
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities leads and customer interactions in the companys CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of products/services to clients
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role within a corporate environment
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Proficiency in creating and delivering impactful sales presentations
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Detail-oriented approach to managing accounts and sales pipelines
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field preferred (but not required)
