Key Responsibilities
- Analyze HR data metrics and statistics to support recruitment retention and cost optimization efforts.
- Execute HR analytics projects for talent acquisition capacity building leadership engagement and process improvement.
- Present recommendations using executive presentations briefings reports and data storytelling to HR and business leaders.
- Collaborate with HR business partners talent acquisition and internal stakeholders to understand challenges and deliver analytics solutions.
Required Skills
- Qualification: MBA (HR)
- 46 years of professional experience in HR analytics HRIS analysis or related roles
- Proficiency in HRIS (e.g. Workday SAP SuccessFactors) Excel (PivotTables VLOOKUP other functionalities) PowerPoint and data visualization tools (such as Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills comfortable interpreting large data sets and presenting findings.
- Excellent communication and data storytelling abilities for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments and ability to work with diverse teams
