Job Summary
Join JYSK Head Office in Aarhus as our new IT Specialist in IT Network Operations and take an active role in keeping our international network reliable secure and efficient. WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:
- Daily operations and troubleshooting of network systems
- Supporting helpdesks and colleagues across departments including 1. And 2. Line support
- Maintaining and improving network monitoring
- Handling and solving tickets efficiently
- Collaborating with colleagues to enhance understanding of network-related matters

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:
- Has at least 5 years of experience working with IT Networks and daily operations
- Is structured dependable and eager to deliver quality solutions
- Can help other departments understand when an issue relates to the network
- Has experience working with Cisco and Fortinet products (certifications are a plus)
- Is motivated to acquire new knowledge and learn new tools
- Enjoys collaborating with colleagues and contributing to a supportive team environment
