This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering high-impact advisory solutions driving innovation and building trusted client relationships across complex payroll and workforce compliance matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic direction and delivery of large-scale consulting engagements across payroll remediation workforce compliance and data-driven risk management.
- Oversee multidisciplinary teams fostering a high-performance culture and mentoring future leaders.
- Drive business development initiatives contributing to market growth and client acquisition.
- Ensure quality compliance and excellence across all engagements with a focus on sustainable outcomes.
How are you extraordinary
You are a strategic thinker with a passion for solving complex problems through data technology and advisory excellence. You bring:
- Deep expertise in data analytics including cleansing modelling and insight generation.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python; experience with Azure and cloud-based analytics platforms is highly regarded.
- Proven track record in leading remediation programs and managing large-scale projects.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Experience in a Big 4 mid-tier or boutique consulting firm or in a senior data or compliance role within a large organisation.
Qualifications :
- STEM degree in Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics.
