The JM Family College Internship Program is designed to create an opportunity for college students to have meaningful work experiences that tie to their programs of study. As part of this program you will actively contribute to your teams success learn about JM Familys companies and culture and obtain new skills through learning opportunities networking events and more.
The ideal candidate will be available to work full-time during the Summer Internship Program (May 26th 2026 July 31st 2026).
Interns will engage in meaningful work and gain insights into specific projects or tasks providing hands-on experience and contributing to various department initiatives. They will learn about JM Familys culture including our core values: Consideration Cooperation Communication Innovation and Accountability. These core values are part of our keys to success and the skills that embody these values are what drive our success as an organization.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to daily team operations supporting ongoing projects and performing research or analysis as needed.
- Collaborate with the BAQA AI team to enhance AI-generated test cases providing feedback on accuracy usability and completeness.
- Audit existing test scripts and identify gaps in accuracy quality and alignment with testing standards.
- Develop documentation training materials and a standardized process or checklist to help engineers create and self-audit test scripts.
- Support SPARK Mod program initiatives to improve the efficiency and accuracy of software testing processes including preend-to-end test evaluation systems.
Qualifications:
- Actively enrolled in a bachelors or masters program in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Systems or a related field with at least one semester completed.
- Understanding of software testing concepts such as test-case design test scripting or test analysis.
- Interest or experience in AI-assisted tools automation or machine learning technologies.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and documentation skills with attention to detail in evaluating technical work.
- Ability to work collaboratively communicate clearly and manage tasks in a structured organized manner.
