About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled ChiefEngineer to play a critical role in the operation maintenance troubleshooting and repair of complex facility systems. This position requires strong technical expertise in at least one core tradesuch as Electrical HVAC Plumbing/Piping or Central Utility Plant Operationsalong with the versatility to support multiple systems across the facility.

Key Responsibilities
Operate maintain monitor and repair mechanical electrical plumbing structural fire/life safety furniture and control systems to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance including cleaning inspecting calibrating and replacing components to optimize HVAC and related system performance.
Record system readings evaluate performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure reliable operation.
Oversee facility services including preventive maintenance programs inventory control purchasing and coordination of contracted maintenance.
Monitor quality scope and pricing of work performed by external contractors.
Maintain compliance with safety policies including proper handling storage and disposal of hazardous materials.
Promote a clean safe and organized work environment; identify safety hazards and recommend corrective actions.
Conduct periodic audits of tools and instrumentation to ensure readiness and accuracy.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience.
Proven experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
Strong ability to analyze mechanical electrical plumbing and HVAC systems identify malfunctions and implement effective corrective actions.
EPA 608 Type II Certification.
Working knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Professional Engineer () license is not required for this role.
