JOB TITLE: Systems Integration and Test Engineer
LOCATION: Grand Prairie TX
PAY RATE: $78.80/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Perform integration testing on M270A1/A2 and HIMARS (M142) launchers
Operate test equipment; analyze document and report test data
Support ground and flight testing at White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) NM
Perform hands-on integration in vehicle and field environments (MFOM Integration Facility Vehicle Test Track desert conditions)
Prepare test plans data packages and final test reports
Support Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs) and technical presentations
Assist with failure investigations and resolution of hardware software and test equipment anomalies
Work under general supervision as part of a small engineering team

Requirements:

Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance (Interim Secret required to start)
Bachelors degree with 5 years of experience or Masters degree with 3 years of experience
Completion of launcher safety training and required safety exam
Safety shoes and eye protection required
Electrical troubleshooting experience (2 4 years)
Electro-mechanical systems experience (2 4 years)
Strong mechanical and electrical fundamentals (4 6 years)
Mechanical testing experience (1 2 years)
User acceptance testing experience (4 6 years)
Technical documentation experience (1 4 years preferred)
Must be a U.S. Citizen as defined by ITAR
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
Working knowledge of electrical software and mechanical engineering concepts
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Desired Qualifications:

Experience translating system requirements into test requirements
Experience with M270 and/or HIMARS launchers
Experience with GMLRS PrSM or MFOM programs (preferred)
Familiarity with Linux and data reduction tools
Experience with Agile processes and JIRA

Travel Requirements:

Travel to White Sands Missile Range NM twice per year
Duration: 1 week per trip
Travel from Grand Prairie TX facility
