ResponsibilitiesLead Project Management Specialist forHoneywell International Inc. (Houston TX)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Candidate will oversee the daily operations of the organization ensuring processes and activities run smoothly and efficiently.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Focus on Revenue coordination and acceleration between ISC sites and Affiliates.
- Coordinate and expedite with sites customers and Commercial teams.
- Focus on Working capital specifically inventory reduction at affiliates and ISC sites.
- Strong coordination with GCC team. Conduct deep dives in operational issues tactical execution escalate as appropriate.
- Focus on short cycle revenue Book and Turn business by leveraging Sales Excellence data Channel Excellence promotion and ISC capacity.
- Collaborate with SIOP Channel excellence and ISC to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to improve lead times.
- Align operational goals with the companys strategic objectives.
- Drive the implementation of new initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and optimize operations.
- Lead cross-functional teams in projects aimed at improving operational efficiency.
- Focus on Quote To delivery process time improvement.
- Streamline Simplify existing processes from Inquiry to Billings.
- Improve Billing accuracy by implementing automated tools and software.
- Work with Ecommerce team to accelerate expansion of products and services available to our customers.
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE:
- Qualified applicants must have a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration Integrated Supply Chain Economics Engineering or a related field and 5 years of industry experience.
- Must have 5 years of experience with the following: customer service management operating system; direct management of customer service team and processes; change management; inventory management; proficient with ERP SAP BRP 900; understanding complex business set up; experience with product business and affiliate model.
- Up to 10% domestic travel required.
