Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify potential clients including property owners and investors interested in property management services.
- Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns using various channels such as email marketing social media and networking.
- Utilize CRM software to track manage and follow up on leads effectively.
- Create compelling outreach materials (emails presentations etc.) to engage potential clients.
- Qualify leads through effective communication and assessment of their needs regarding property management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies with overall business goals.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities results and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance lead generation efforts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lead generation preferably in property management or real estate.
- Strong understanding of lead generation tools techniques and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
