Customer Service Associate Job Responsibilities:
- Ensures that all prescriptions in the Ready to Dispense work que are filled in no more than 14 days.
- Pulls any prescriptions in pick-up bin after 14 days and gives to pharmacist for return to stock.
- Completes intake forms and collects pertinent data from patients at drop-off including correct spelling of name date of birth allergies and insurance information.
- Completes cash register transactions and appropriately balances register.
- Insures privacy of patient information by following HIPPA guidelines and laws.
- Completes daily and monthly deposit reports.
- Checks inventory for out-of-date products and removes expired products while maintaining an organized and up to date inventory.
- Orders and receives front-end inventory stock while maintaining inventory accuracy.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Work schedule: 8-hour shift (days/evenings variable shift).
- Education:High School or GED.
- Experience:One (1) year experience in customer service.
