Job Summary

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Associate supports Ricohs Wholesale & Export operations by efficiently receiving stocking and shipping used office equipment. This role requires previous reach truck experience the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive unload and document incoming freight
Stock inventory in designated bin locations and update inventory records
Pull prepare and ship sales orders accurately and timely
Build second decks in ocean-going containers
Operate powered and non-powered material handling equipment (reach truck forklift pallet jacks)
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
Assist with physical inventory counts
Complete all required paperwork accurately
Meet productivity and quality standards set by management
Follow all OSHA and safety regulations (training provided)
Work collaboratively with team members to meet operational goals
Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager or Team Lead

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
1 year of warehouse experience required
Stand-up Reach Truck experience required (must be listed on resume)
Ability to operate forklifts and material handling equipment
Basic computer and inventory system knowledge
Ability to work in confined spaces and handle heavy equipment
Reliable transportation
OSHA-approved ASTM standard protective footwear required
