Overview
Premier Orthopaedics in partnership with Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder is seeking a dedicated and skilled HR Generalist to join our team in Newtown Square and King of Prussia PA. As two of the regions most respected providers of orthopedic and upper extremity care we offer a collaborative patient-focused environment that prioritizes clinical excellence innovation and ongoing professional development.
Position Summary
This is a full-time hybrid day-shift role where you will play a crucial role in shaping our organizational culture and supporting our dedicated team of nearly 1000 employees. Key responsibilities include ensuring HR compliance managing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding administering benefits and leave programs supporting employee relations and leveraging HR metrics to enhance our strategiesall within a dynamic healthcare setting. This is a full-time hybrid position with day shift hours.
Qualifications
Education:
Associates degree OR 38 years of equivalent HR experience.
Licenses & Certifications:
PHR/SPHR preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years as an HR Representative handling recruitment compensation employee relations benefits and policy administration.
Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint.
Healthcare experience preferred.
Must be able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
