Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create update and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at driving user acquisition and retention.
- Oversee planning execution and optimization of marketing campaigns across digital channels (social media SEO email etc.).
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends and support data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct experiments to test different tactics messages and designs for improved conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with sales product development and internal teams to align on growth initiatives.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve performance goals.
- Manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient resource allocation and maximum ROI.
- Manage public relations and offline marketing activities including exhibitions and events.
- Ensure compliance with HSE procedures and internal regulations.
RequirementsSkills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge in performance marketing SEO and digital channels.
- Proficient in photography & montage editorial writing graphic design media content creation and content documentation/archiving.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical and numerical ability.
- High adaptability and ability to innovate.
- Leadership strategic thinking business acumen and customer focus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Slack and ERP systems.
- Proficient in English.
