Job Summary
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager with a strong background in project development and end-to-end project delivery. The ideal candidate will manage and execute technology projects collaborate across departments and lead the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
Prior experience in the hospitality or food & beverage industry is essential.
Key Responsibilities

Project Ownership:
Lead and manage technology projects from initiation to completion ensuring delivery within scope time and budget. -
Cross-Department Collaboration:
Partner with internal stakeholders to define requirements and align project goals. -
MS Dynamics Expertise:
Oversee the implementation customization and integration of Microsoft Dynamics (CRM/ERP) with existing business processes. -
Planning & Execution:
Develop project plans allocate resources and monitor progress for successful execution. -
Team Leadership:
Mentor and guide IT team members to ensure high performance and teamwork. -
Budget & Risk Management:
Manage project budgets assess risks and implement mitigation strategies. -
Process Improvement:
Identify system and process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as an IT Manager with strong project development exposure.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM/ERP).

End-to-end project lifecycle management experience.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or a related field.

Mandatory: Prior hospitality or F&B industry experience.
Preferred Qualifications

Project management certifications (PMP Scrum Master).

Experience with cloud-based Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
