Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Clinic Operations Manager to lead the launch and operations of a luxury female-focused outpatient wellness clinic in Riyadh. This role is responsible for operational excellence team leadership client experience and compliance with Saudi healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure high-end client experience
Ensure compliance with MOH SCFHS and NPHIES regulations
Manage clinic performance KPIs and P&L
Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams
Act as the face of the clinic and manage client relationships
Coordinate with HQ marketing and support functions

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Healthcare Business Hospitality or related field
5 years of experience in luxury wellness medical spa or outpatient clinics
Strong leadership client relations and operational management skills
English fluency required; Arabic preferred
