Key Responsibilities:
Exam Coordination:
1. Coordinate with internal departments to understand and explore the domain
exam requirements aligned to the role of the business
2. Schedule exams in alignment with organizational timelines and availability.
3. Share exam dates and relevant communication with stakeholders and
participants.
4. Ensure timely setup of exam venues including materials and technical
readiness.
5. Maintain accurate records of exam schedules attendance and results.
6. Liaise with trainers managers and HR to ensure alignment with certification and
compliance needs.
7. Handle queries related to exam logistics eligibility and scheduling.
Invigilation & Compliance:
1. Conduct in-house invigilation of exams across designations ensuring adherence
to exam protocols.
2. Monitor exam sessions to prevent malpractice and ensure a fair testing
environment.
3. Report any irregularities or issues during exams to the appropriate authority.
4. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external certification standards (if
applicable).
5. Assist in post-exam processes such as result collation feedback collection and
documentation.
Process Improvement & Support:
1. Continuously review and improve exam coordination processes for efficiency and
accuracy.
2. Support the L&D team in integrating exam outcomes into learning plans and
development initiatives.
3. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on exam protocols and insurance
domain knowledge.
Key Requirements:
Education:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Education Human Resources or
related field (preferred).
Experience:
1 3 years of experience in exam coordination training operations or
administrative roles.
Exposure to insurance domain or certification processes is a plus.
Skills and Abilities:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office LMS platforms and virtual exam tools.
Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
