Job Summary
Experience- 7 Years
Manage training planning scheduling and tracking for SAP implementation. Responsible for localizing training materials to meet regional requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive training plan aligned with the SAP implementation timeline.
Schedule and coordinate key user training sessions (virtual and in-person).
Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual sessions
Communicate training schedules and logistics to participants and stakeholders
Review global training content and adapt it for local requirements (Legal and regulatory compliance).
Collaborate with functional leads and change management teams to validate localized content.
Track attendance and completion; report progress.
Liaise with stakeholders and trainers for smooth execution
