Process Improvement Knowledge
Familiarity with process mapping and workflow analysis.
Understanding of methodologies like Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen.
Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) tools.
Process Modeling Tools: Proficiency in software such as Visio Bizagi ARIS or IBM
Blueworks Live for modeling processes.
Data Visualization: Using tools like Power BI Tableau or Excel to present process data
and performance metrics.
Process Automation: Familiarity with robotic process automation (RPA) tools like UiPath
Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism.
