Job Summary
Skills and Experience
Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems Analytics or a related
field.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (required or strongly preferred).
Strong analytical critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proven experience in process mapping process design and business case
development.
Proficiency with requirements documentation and business analysis tools.
Strong knowledge of SQL Excel and analytics/reporting tools (e.g. Power
BI Tableau).
Excellent communication facilitation and presentation abilities.
Experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.
High attention to detail and ability to work effectively with cross-functional
teams.
