Overview:
- Seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Project Manager with hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud Solutions to lead coordinate and deliver technology projects across our enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in cloud architecture networking and cybersecurity coupled with excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills. This role is pivotal in ensuring that IT initiatives are delivered on time within scope and aligned with organizational objectives - especially as we continue to expand our cloud-first secure infrastructure strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of IT infrastructure and application projects across multiple practice sites and data environments.
- Partner with the service desk infrastructure networking cybersecurity and vendor resources to manage project tasks provide workload capacity management to deliver projects on schedule
- Manage vendor relationships statements of work (SOWs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Support IT change management end-user communication and training during technology rollouts.
- Oversee the design deployment and optimization of Microsoft Azure Cloud Solutions including hybrid environments backups identity services and disaster recovery.
- Coordinate with compliance and security teams to ensure HIPAA NIST and SOC 2 standards are maintained in all cloud and on-prem deployments.
- Manage integration projects involving EHR systems (EMA) practice management systems and secure data exchange
- Prepare and deliver executive-level project updates dashboards and presentations summarizing technical progress business impact and ROI.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency reduce risk enhance processes for optimal efficiency and system reliability
Required:
- Bachelors degree in information technology Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5 years of IT project management experience preferably in a multi-site or healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated experience managing Azure cloud implementations (IaaS PaaS SaaS).
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP DNS firewalls VPNs SD-WAN).
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST HIPAA ISO 27001 etc.).
- Proven ability to manage budgets timelines and stakeholder expectations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including the ability to create and deliver executive-level presentations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments.
Preferred:
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate and/or equivalent.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Intune and hybrid AD environments.
- Experience working in healthcare multi-location or compliance-driven environments.
