Responsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates through various channels including social media job boards and networking events.
- Conduct cold calling to potential candidates to assess their qualifications and interest in job opportunities.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for technical positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in BCAB. Tech or related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role in the technology industry.
- Knowledge of technical terms and requirements for various IT positions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
